Air temperature -9 F, wind near calm, clear sky with waning half moon. Record low for the date is -29 F, so this isn't unusual. Had another snowplow pass and the sidewalk snowplow came through, so I have a bit of minor cleanup before we head out to forage.

There's a jogger out doing laps around the park. Digital thermometer reads 6 F on that side of the house.
