Reclaiming the turf

Robins are out working the parks and lawns released from last week's snow. Also, flock of mixed starlings, grackles, and red-winged blackbirds. Heard a couple of partial songs from house finches and song sparrows on my morning walk. Cardinals and mourning doves kept up their incessant din . . .

Wolf done eating the sun, spitting it out now. Pulled the mountain bike out of the basement, pumped up the tires, and rode laps around the park watching the mini-parties there. About 2 miles total, first ride of the year. Temperature 63 F now.
