Air temperature 11 F, wind near calm, cloudy. Crescent moon and Venus rising earlier, bright enough to shine through the haze. Still predictions of high winds and heavy rain tomorrow night into Monday. Get my walks in while I can.

Section of the interstate closed due to numerous slide-off accidents. No mention of fatalities or serious injuries. Yet.
