Half-holiday dawn

Air temperature 53 F, wind south about 5 mph, mostly cloudy. Government offices, Post Office, and banks closed for Indigenous Peoples' Day, but most businesses remain open. Don't know if our migrants moved on last night -- they want the help of a favorable wind.
