Another gray morning, air temperature 65 F, wind south about 7 mph, cloudy. AQI 22, "good", so we are still avoiding most of the Canadian export surplus. Rain appears to have dropped out of the forecast.

Never a great thrill

Back down from the roof, after returning some cap shingles to their proper place, held down with a generous application of roof cement as well as a few nails. They blew off with a mighty wind last winter, and we finally had the right weather and materials to put them back. And I am reminded that roof work was not my favorite thing even when I was younger.
