Air temperature 62 F, wind south about 5 mph, partly cloudy. All life is illusion, and that which I think I see is not what you think you see. This dichotomy cannot be resolved.
Doing the same thing again and again and expecting a different result is an established tactic in siege warfare. Don't dismiss it as folly. Sooner or later, that ram *will* smash that castle gate.
The people who should really worry in this Former Guy morass are the underlings and hangers-on. Loyalty is a one-way street. He will toss them to the wolves without a second thought.
