Air temperature 15 F, northwest wind 3 mph, clear sky. Still have about half a foot of fluffy snow on the ground, but storms keep passing south of us. Winter sports industry getting nervous.
One thing about walks around the neighborhood in winter, it's easy to tell which houses are occupied and which cars have moved between storms. Also, significant numbers of wild animal tracks to show the night prowlers.
