Friday floral report
Jul. 10th, 2020 11:22 amUsual suspects on the roadside -- white sweet clover, daisies, day lilies, St. John's wort, etc, etc, etc. Cattail heads turning brown, likewise curled dock, and some of the wild raspberries are ripening.
Roadkill limited to a couple of flat squirrels. Not-roadkill, a yearling-sized woodchuck across my path out at the airport road stub, twice. Maybe the same one, going and coming.
Rode across town and over to the airport/base, C-17 and AWACS in the visitors' parking lot. Did not die. Ride takes me over 500 miles for the year.
