Sunday floral report
Jun. 7th, 2020 04:06 pmRugosa and multiflora roses starting to bloom, phlox, and what I think is birdsfoot trefoil. Bicycle botany gets vague at times. Lupines filling out their cones.
Minimal roadkill -- couple of gray squirrels and a chipmunk. Not-roadkill, a probable great blue heron flying.
Warmed up to 60 F, wind still gusting, overcast, but I headed across town and over to the airport. Interesting metal birds limited to that white civilian C-130 and a regular Air Force KC-135. Got sprinkled on a couple of times. Did not die.
