Damp morning again

Air temperature 54 F, wind south about 10 mph, raining. Saw neighbor loading kayaks into/onto truck early, so we presume the local canoe race looms in their future. Race finish line moved upstream due to tide schedule -- can't fit under the downtown bridges . . .
