End of an era

(Two, actually) Hauled our old DOS machine and Win98 system to electronics recycling this morning. Still worked, the last time I booted them up, although the CMOS battery on the DOS machine was dead, dead, dead. Hard drives removed, for separate destruction.

Minor problems

Well, "Florence" is scheduled to be offshore Maine next Wednesday as a post-tropical depression. This may mess with bicycle and grocery schedule. You folks in the Drown Zone, continue to take care . . .
