Bindweed/trumpet-vine blooming, brown-eyed Susans, possible musk mallow. More St. John's wort.

Mockingbirds singing, immature sharp-shin going ki-ki-ki atop a utility pole out at the airport, also a couple of National Guard C-5A transports and a heavy Antonov AN-124, Ukrainian. We are in for some noise.

Roadkill limited to a couple of gray squirrels and one skunk.

Got out on the bike, even though Wife thought I'd need a plow blade to get through the murk. Stayed local due to heat index of 84F. Did not die.
