Sunshine

We got something like 6" of snow/sleet -- no sign of ice or freezing rain.

Have been out with the snowblower, as Neighbor had popped out with his and already done our sidewalk and snowplow berm.  Had to show him the new machine, talk man-talk, etc., before he did our whole driveway.  That's the downside of good neighbors . . .

Now have to deal with steps and cars and such.

Temperature 22 F -- positive!

Please release me, let me go . . .

Cars and steps and stuff cleared.  We can't have gotten much, if any, freezing rain, as the cars just broomed clear.  Shoveling out around them, on the other hand . . .

So now, if any particular persons wanted to load suitcases in a Subaru, get on I-95, and drive south until they ran out of road, they could.

Heat wave

Even the notorious Clayton Lake had an overnight low above zero -- +9 F.  Expect to hear complaints about the heat.
