Still moving -- the molecular story

Overnight low -10 F at the airport.  Other areas as low as -20, which pales, I know, in comparison with the wilds of northern Minnesota or Idaho.

And the wind hasn't picked up yet.  Woodstove refueled, newspaper fetched, we can return to hibernation.

A note on storytelling

If I write a story, it will be as "true" as I can make it.  If I attribute motivations to a character, they will be something I have seen or felt personally, or have read in well-documented sources.

If you have a different story, tell it.

Naturally, Wife and I went for a walk.  Got another chance to compare Venus with an aircraft landing light.  Planet still brighter.

No cats or other critters seen.  So we don't have to report anyone to the SPCA.
