Cold

Somewhere around absolute zero out there.

(Actually, more like 0 F, but a NE wind that bites.)

We're supposed to get significant snow tomorrow afternoon into Monday.  Too bad my sister arrives this afternoon . . .

Grumblegrump

Just got a call from Sister, in Boston airport.  Her flight from there to here is canceled, next chance is Tuesday.  Or she can take a bus, arriving at godawful late.

Obviously, the bus.

Of course, she's not even sure which of our bus terminals she'll arrive at . . .

I offered her the loan of a shotgun, once she gets up here.

Baby, it's cold outside

Temperature 3 F for our evening walk, windchill -8 F.  Managed to avoid encountering any emergencies this time.  Maybe the presence of Wife served as a charm.

Gonna be colder out at the bus terminal, late . . .
