Rather spectral lighting, though, with sunrise through it. Saw a guy setting up an 8x10 view camera to capture the Impressionist image of St. John's church backlit and looming -- casting shadows in the air.
And today's newspaper contained five pounds of advertising for Xmas sales. Hope springs eternal.
