Happy pic-a-nic baskets to you all, and fireworks to follow.  We will probably have a few IEDs set off in our neighborhood. 

(I rather wish the military flacks would quit using that term for the Baghdad Boomers.  Roadside bombs have moved far beyond "improvised" in the last couple of years, as we've run our training camp for New and Better Terrorists.)
