Still gray and sodden and breezy, but the storm continues to inch away. Something over 30,000 Maine customers remain without power, which I guess counts as minuscule compared to more populous zones but qualifies as a fair to large city for us...

We are promised sun by maybe Friday.

Wife and I have achieved our afternoon walk. This, for the first time since Noah stepped down off the ark to get away from all that . . .

Anyway. The wind buffeted and tousled us, but we walked. There was actual sun, and a springing open of crocus flowers. And some cats who asked us where the hell we had been.

Some total asshole decided to phone in a bomb threat to the local university.

I think that meets the legal definition for a terrorist act, yes?
