I would imagine that the Big Bosses at Raghead Terrorist Central consider their latest plot successful. Decadent Western Civilization thrown into a tizzy, tens or hundreds of thousands of lives disrupted, another notch tightened on the choke-collar of iron-fisted state control, millions of dollars of damage (possibly billions, if you count stock market manipulations...)

Didn't even have to kill anyone. Must be fun to be a puppeteer on an international scale.
