Thursday roadkill report
Jul. 20th, 2006 11:15 amOne squashed varying hare out near the bog. No sign of Domestic Violence Barbie (bet you'll never see_that variation on the toy store shelf...) -- not sure whether she crawled off into the bushes to die, or some kind child is nursing her back to health.
Warmer today, and that July sun still attacks with vigor. Got suitably sweaty on the bike ride. Nothing much to report new in the flower department. Should be working, either on the day job or on patching up SIGNATURES. Bike riding is more fun. New pavement on part of the route upriver -- nice idea, but it's fresh enough that the tar and gravel kept sticking to the tires and rattling around on stuff. Including me.
