When is a parallel not a parallel?

Trying to force some kind of geometry on that latest downtown project. Working with measured interior triangles, the corners _seem_ to be reciprocals. So why do I have about a 1'-4" difference between the lengths of the front and rear walls?
Probably a hidden offset in one of the side walls, so I'm not measuring to the same plane. We'll see what gems we find when the contractor starts demolition.
