I consolidated the 27 chapter files on SIGNATURES this morning, creating a single .rtf I can send around the crit group. MS Word says the thing contains about 95,000 words, a moving target as I add and detract in the course of revisions. I'll probably still work on the individual files, because I have been known to shuffle chapter order around, or add...
