He's dead, Jim
Apr. 28th, 2006 11:25 amOkay, I finished killing off *CHARACTER* this morning. Hey, I warned readers early in the pages that first-person narration doesn't guarantee a happy ending. I didn't _intend_ this when I started in, but the story seemed to need it.
In happier news, the sun is shining, the grass is green, and the mosquitoes are singing. Or is that the birds? In Maine, they overlap in size. At least the dry spring has cut down on breeding space for the little bastards, and we still get frost overnight which may slow them down.
Will probably go for a walk after lunch.
