What? Rain, you say? Nothing so rare as a rain in Maine?
With forecast of up to 3" of the stuff, high wind warnings, and waves up to 20' offshore. The "gales of November" of Fitz fame have come a-calling. And we're supposed to have measurable snowfall on Thanksgiving.
I probably should work on the day job today, either the big thrill of an alternate locker-room design for the General Aviation flight-services out at the airport (update my security clearance from NAVSECGRUAC Winter Harbor, Homeland Security, and kiss my ...) or the delightful three-dimensional jigsaw puzzle of a base plan for renovations to one of the Lumber Baron mansions in the Broadway Historic District.
But I have my forensic mage back in his apartment, still twitchy enough that he's drawn a bead with his SIG P226 on the apartment door. Someone's out there...
