Okay. Monthly project meeting at 9:00 this morning, when I'm running on the first cup of coffee only -- check. Week's worth of mail, real stuff mixed indiscriminately with the junk -- check. Phone messages, answering machine glitched while left guarding the fort -- check. Sewer construction blocking _both_ ends of the street -- check. Random emails regarding status of parental in-laws -- check. Jet-lagged, with body in Maine and soul still somewhere in the air over Pennsylvania -- check.

Anyone got some Valium they could spare? Maybe rum will do....
