We missed the bulk of the rain and thundershowers -- weather radar showed solid lines to the north and south of us, but our net result seemed minimal. As noted before, this is a good news/bad news joke, because now I lack that excuse for avoiding yard work and paint scraping.
BN.com (Barnes and Noble online) now lists DRAGON'S EYE available for preorder. No idea why they lagged months behind Amazon in that regard. Elsewhere on the book front, I swung by the local Borders and Daltons for other reasons and, of course, checked for SUMMER COUNTRY and WINTER OAK. Both had the former, neither had the latter. Fie and boo!
