Actually added words to PENDRAGON AUTUMN this morning. I am not going public on how many, but it exceeded one paragraph. And I didn't delete as many as I added, so the account shows a net gain.
I had been thinking that I'd scrape paint this afternoon. Howsomever, the sun has come out and the humidity remains high. Think I'll postpone demonstrating virtue and moral fiber until tomorrow, after this evening's scheduled cold front and thunderstorms.
Went over and warily kicked the compost bin this morning, and stirred no yellow jackets. Kicked again, again no response. I _think_ my repeated attacks with vile potions may have achieved genocide.
Note to Ms. Kight -- the poisoned applesauce trick seemed to get no takers. According to references photocopied by Wife at the nature center, yellow jackets are interested in protein early in the season, and only turn to fruits and sugars later on toward autumn. Your catfood suggestion would seem to have been more relevant for this date. However, I couldn't figure out a way of keeping the stuff free of cats, chickadees, and downy woodpeckers....
Anyway, I used various noxious sprays in my campaign of ethnic cleansing.
