We may have reached -- nay, surpassed -- the freezing mark today. For the first time in a week or so. We'll see if that ruins the snow for my ski outing tomorrow.

Off on a tangent, I've heard various riots about male/female brain differences lately, that dude at Harvard and elsewhere. The sound and fury tend to deafen folks to the likelihood that there actually _are_ functional differences between male and female brains, one example being the multiply-more-common incidence of autism in male children.
