Tuesday flying saucer report

Mushrooms exploding out of the ground with the recent rain. Large flat caps look like an alien invasion -- I want to check for Little Green Men hidden in the grass.

Roadkill limited to one large mouse or smaller wood rat. Also a lump of something out in the road in the bog, which could have been trash or carrion. No crows inspecting it, so I'm guessing trash.

Major news, the interstate overpass has reopened on my weekday route. I saw that the detour signs were down, so I chanced it and found a single lane of traffic available. They had promised end of August, and here we are!
