Rain to sleet to snow. An inch or so of rain, followed by an inch or so of sleet during which I had to deliver Sister to the airport (sneaking past the carcasses of autos abandoned in the ditch), followed by about four inches of snow. Temperatures this morning in the 20s F (-3 C), which as I pointed out to Sister yesterday, is 40 or 50 degrees higher than it could be at this time of year. If she wants warm, she can spend her Christmas holidays in .... Cancun.

So I shall fire up the snowblower and attack the residue. And we had such nice clean pavement yesterday. Maybe skiing later.
