Light snow, heavy snow

jhetleyWe got about 3" of snow overnight (7-8 CM), which would qualify as light -- until you go to move it off the driveway. Wet snow. At least I cleared a lot of the rough ice away yesterday, making the removal task easier. Just shove along to the edge of the asphalt, lift, heave, repeat. Not worth starting the snowblower, and it would probably clog anyway with the stuff we got.
Perfect for snowballs or snowmen, though. I forbore any barrages at Wife, in spite of all that temptation lying around.
Merry Christmas or Happy Hanukkah or Joyous Yule or whatever hat fits. Or bah humbug, even.
