Sunday floral report

First Canada mayflower, just slipping in under the wire, first scentless chamomile, first yellow hawkweed. Apple trees dropping petals, as are some of the ornamental cherries and plums. Lilacs strong enough to smell from bicycle distance.

Minimal roadkill, one gray squirrel.

Still windy, curtailed my plans to just ride across to the airport/base. No peculiar paint jobs on the metal birds today. Couple of restaurants setting up for outdoor service, and a gym with alfresco socially-distanced class in the parking lot. Ride takes me over 200 miles for the year. Did not die.
