When snow and ice cover the road, slow the fuck down!

Or don't drive at all, which is really the preferred solution.

Couple of inches of snow yesterday, and half the yahoos heading over the river and through the woods to Grandmother's House ended up off the road upside down in a ditch or spinning into each other across the center line. Every year, it takes at least a month of winter roads to weed out the unfit from the gene pool and educate those few drivers who are trainable. And poor Wife has to share the road with those idiots to get out to work this morning. At least her car provides anti-lock brakes and all-wheel drive and airbags...

Ah, that would involve revealing the twin 40mm photon cannons we mounted behind the grille of her car. I'd prefer to keep them in reserve....

Maybe the sub-atomic disintegrator ray would be more subtle. Small problem with that one, though -- you can end up taking out a section of road with the target.
