(I wouldn't mind quite so much that said person is both shameless and a scoundrel, if he weren't also so goddamned stupid. And I don't mean the "refuses to agree with my own reasonable conclusions" kind of stupidity, either -- I mean he's straight up mentally-subpar, ignorant-and-proud-of-it stupid.
