Wilma has reached our vicinity. Also Alpha, which I would guess lacks gender, and an unnamed "low" from out of the Great Lakes and central plains area. The combination promises interesting times. Maybe kitten or some other source more up-to-date on modern mating customs can tell me how you hyphenate a three-way...

We are, as I have noted before, about 100' above MSL and twenty miles inland, though a quarter mile from tidewater. We also lack large trees in crunching distance from the house. Therefore, the prospect of 60mph+ winds doth not me daunt. Much.

I think that you can't really blame Wilma on the USA -- she spent more time in Mexico, and her birth certificate would read Trinidad or some such furrin place.

Also, going by the noon news, she'll likely pass well offshore of you. That doesn't let you off the hook for the nor'easter, though.
