Air temperature 15 F, wind NNW about 10 mph, overcast for the newspaper walk. Usual suspects down the street have blocked the sidewalk with a snow pile.

Himself was very glad for the existence of our snowblower when we got home last night.

Snowblowers are wonderful,awful things. We spent our first decades of Maine Winter without one, and there is a limit to how high even young arms can toss snow.
