Well, the crawler backhoe now perches triumphant on a pile of splintered wood.  Have to say that the homeowner's view out back won't have improved much -- they now stare at the backside of a barn on the next street, with multiple colors of weathered wood and peeling paint.

(Yes, our neighborhood has barns and carriage houses, since we predate the horseless carriage.  And electricity, and indoor plumbing, and . . .)
