Asters continue

One probable mink dead in the road out in the bog -- dark fur, no white stripe, no stink, and the size was right. Also one chipmunk flattened, and the old bones and quills of prior reports.

We have two different shades of those big showy purple asters -- one darker and one brighter. They go well together.

Temperature got up above 60 F, too much wind, but I got out anyway. Did not die.
