Not yet better air

Air temperature 72 F, wind NW about 5 mph, high clouds and haze. Humidity 82 %. Not sure that an hour on the bike is a good idea. As Wife often points out, all this exercise stuff is supposed to improve my health and longevity, not damage it . . .
