Dontcha just love small-town newspapers? The local paper is pretty heavy on local towns, so-so on New Hampshire and Maine state news, light on national and international news rarely gets noticed unless there's a local connection.

But the Coos County Democrat, http://www.cooscountydemocrat.com/
has long been my favorite. I'm actually surprised they have a web page. Last time I looked, a college student coming home for the weekend and bringing a guest was newsworthy.
