Okay, I've been a good boy and changed to Mozilla Firefox, thereby making _that_ browser more attractive as a psychopath target. So how the hell do I turn off website animations? I could do it in IE without disabling Javascript, but can't find the option in any menu in Mozilla. And I don't _want_ animations messing up my screen. Not even the bouncing smily-cats on LiveJournal....

should be somewhere in the preferences menu...you can disable animated .gifs, anyway. We don't remember where since we updated to regular mozilla.
