THE WELL OF LOST PLOTS and I managed to meet in the library and elope. That's the only Thursday Next book I haven't snagged yet....
(Nice Librarian Lady saw that in my pile of goodies and asked if I'd read the others. Says there's a new series starting, featuring Jack Sprat and Mistress Mary. Drool.)
Still haven't seen the library's possibly-mythical copy of WINTER OAK. It's always out, which is not a bad thing. A bit of a weird feeling, that, finding something I wrote in a library or bookstore.

The illusion of being fluent in said language, because you can "recognise" a scene and your mind translates it straight back into English, is positively uncanny...)
