Some of the earliest red maples are starting to turn. Also dropping leaves at about the same rate, because we haven't had much rain to go with the humidity.

Roadkill limited to gray squirrels and someone's gray striped cat. I had to circle back on that one because it had a raccoon tail, but definitely a cat. Keep your pets indoors or restrained, people!

Temperature 81 F with heat index 87 and storm clouds on the horizon, but I got out on the bike anyway. Did not push hard, did not die.
