Memorial Day

Air temperature 49 F, mostly cloudy, wind SSE about 5 mph. My parade will consist of running the mower about the yard, beheading dandelions and ground ivy. This may distress our bumblebees. So bee it.

I hope none of the bees argued with you. The dandelions will immediately shout "Team Dandelion!" and start setting new blooms, of course.

No bumblebees were harmed in any way in the mowing of this lawn. I think.
