Blueberries blooming, also either shadbush or black cherry. Shadbush more likely due to schedule. Lilies of the valley up but not blooming yet, bracken unfurling out in the bog.

Roadkill consisted of a three-car rear-ender just before I would turn off the road through the bog, looked like low speed and people were out and yammering on cell phones. Concentrated on not adding to the accident report and did not stop.

Need to take the bike back to the shop -- rear derailleur acting up.
