No soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.
I was taught in school that this has never been an issue, but I was wrong. There was actually one SCOTUS case around this, involving prison guards, a strike, and the National Guard.
