Snow?

Well, we have shadows out there -- not actual sunshine, mind you, but a bright-enough spot in the sky to cast shadows. The city plow has been by twice in each direction, so I ran the snowblower to remove maybe 6" total. I realize that this is tempting the gods, but I like to live dangerously.

And the noon news weather guy didn't offer any explanations as to where the rest of the storm went.

Where it went

It came down here where it was still snowing when I went to bed at midnight.

I'd guess 8" to 12" total. According to the Weather Channel, we've gotten a little over 3 inches of precipitation so far in March. For this area, that's a whole month's worth.

Yeah, the evening news cleared that up. Apparently a "trough" set up a hundred miles west of where the weather mavens had thought it would.

New England weather.
