Air temperature 50 F, wind gusting over 20 mph, but I put a fleece jacket on over my bike outfit and got out for a ride anyway. Cemetery pond ice-free with two mallards on patrol, cardinals and robins and song sparrows yammering. No roadkill, but a motel up by the golf course has vanished since I last took this route.
