Mess

Raining.  33 F.  Quarter inch of ice on the trees, two inches of slush on the ground.  We have power now -- lost it just about breakfast time, but at least before I started cooking anything . . .

If you want me, I'll be shoving slush out of the driveway.

No slush on the ground down here - just plenty of (evergreen) tree branches with occasional entire trees for variety. Oh, and rain.

Happily, the power that I lost early this morning came back. Alas, that caused the coffeemaker to forget when to start automatically brewing.
