Dear Jim -- I don't remember telling you this, but I finally managed to get a copy of your Summer Country at Torcon 3 last August, and was enchanted by it. I shall be looking forward to reading this new one (assuming, of course, that distribution proves possible in the entirely fictitious province of Nova Scotia...)
